What this site does with your information

The whole of it: this site has two contact routes and they both end in one mailbox. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, and loads no third-party scripts, pixels, fonts or stylesheets. Reading it is anonymous as far as this site is concerned.

Just reading the site

Nothing is asked of you and nothing is stored by us. There is no analytics tool, no tag manager, no advertising or social pixel, and no embedded font or script served from anyone else's domain, every image, style and script on these pages comes from this site. This site sets no cookies. If your browser holds anything for these pages, it came from the hosting layer, not from anything we placed.

Server logs

Like every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps a routine record of requests, typically the requesting IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser's own description of itself. That is our hosting provider's ordinary operational logging, used to keep the site up and to deal with abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you and it is not combined with anything you send us.

The enquiry form on the home page

The short form at the foot of the home page does not send anything to this site. It assembles what you typed into a message in your own mail app, addressed to Show email address, and hands it to you to send. Until you press send there, it has not left your device, and this site never receives it.

The fit-call form

The form on the booking page is different: it does post to this site, which immediately emails it toShow email address over our own mailbox. What it sends is exactly what you fill in, what you are looking to make, your name, your business, your sector, your website if you give one, your email, your phone number if you give one, the budget band you pick, your timeline and who is making the decision.

It goes into that inbox and stays there. It is not added to a mailing list, not pushed into a customer-relationship tool, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside the studio. We keep it as long as it is useful to the conversation you started, and it is deleted on request.

Two mechanical details, stated because they involve your submission. The form carries one hidden field that no visitor can see or reach; if it comes back filled in, the submission is treated as automated and discarded without being emailed. And if the email fails to send, the submission is written to the hosting provider's private log so that a genuine enquiry is not silently lost, that log is not public, and nothing else is written to it.

Booking a call

After you send the booking form, we offer a link to our scheduling page at Calendly. It is a link you choose to follow, and it opens Calendly's own page in a new tab. Nothing from Calendly is embedded here and nothing of theirs, no script, frame, font or pixel, loads on this site at any point.

Once you are on their page you are subject to Calendly's privacy terms rather than ours, and they set cookies and record how their page is used. Your enquiry has already reached us by the time the link is offered, so booking is optional and choosing not to follow it costs you nothing.

Email

Whichever route you use, the message ends up in the framefive.ca mailbox and is handled by the provider that hosts it. We reply from the same address.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.

Asking us anything about this

Write to Show email address and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. There is no form and no reason required, and a person reads it.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, the statements above describe the site as it is published today, not an intention. The terms of use cover everything else about using the site.
