Honey Jam at City Hall

A civic recognition at Toronto City Hall. The assignment needed two things in one pass: proof it happened, proclamation, flags, chain of office, coat of arms, and the people who showed up for it. Light was mixed: flat ceiling fluorescent in the reception room, hard bounce off the white rotunda. The take is mostly lobby and waiting, with a short formal window in the flag room. This set holds both.
